Aalborg is Denmark's fourth largest city - Viking landscapes, modernist architecture, superb local food and lots and lots of beer!

First, we do a walking tour of this Danish city; so quaint with narrow side streets with small beautiful homes and churches, filled with flowers and trees. Then we took a bus tour to see an unusual concrete church? Anni loved it but Bob was not certain! We listened to a gorgeous organ in this concrete place of worship. Our next stop was a park of singing trees which are recordings some of our favorite artists – think Leonard Cohen, Elton John, BB king, Bruce Springfield, etc. which you can listen to with push of a button under each tree in this forest of artists.

We begin our evening with a great Variety Show of all the different performers on the ship (opera, jazz, musical theatre, samba and more).
